My Special Interests

I enjoy working with a variety of people including adolescents, individuals, couples and families. My passion is unblocking what is holding someone or a couple/family back in any sphere and assist to develop the confidence to create the future they are striving for.
I am also a practitioner of Brainwave Recursive therapy – the fastest acting therapy in terms of overcoming trauma and dealing with patterns of behaviour that are difficult to shift.
Jody has an astute ability to identify her client’s deepest desires, as well as their most urgent needs. She is deeply compassionate, wise and insightful and has a beautiful manner of creating a containing space in which her clients can experiment with various ways of being as they search for a more authentic way of being in the present moment.
